Associated Labels & Packaging installs Hudson-Sharp Ares 400-SUP
Handbag-converting equipment manufacturer Hudson-Precipitous has announced that Associated Labels and Packaging of Coquitlam, British Columbia, has successfully completed the installation of its Ares 400-SUP. This marks the get-go installation of Hudson-Sharp's newest pouch auto.
"We are extremely happy with our new Ares pouch machine," said Kyle Vleeming, flexible division manager, Associated Labels and Packaging. "We chose to buy an Ares considering of its ability to tackle short runs and its recyclable SUP technology. Hudson-Precipitous's history with manufacturing machines that can run poly stand-up pouches with ease besides was a deciding factor in our buy."
Hudson-Sharp designs and manufactures plastic-pocketbook-making machinery, pouch-making equipment and reclosable-packaging solutions. Hudson-Sharp has been a part of the Barry-Wehmiller family unit since 2009, and in 2019, the company joined with Paper Converting Machine Visitor and Barry-Wehmiller'southward converting equipment platform.
"We had the opportunity to service an existing client, who has firsthand experience with Hudson-Sharp and our machines' proven history of operation," said Harald Goeppert, sales executive, Hudson-Sharp. The Ares 400-SUP is a compact pouch automobile designed for short and medium runs and runs recycle ready PE, laminated films, newspaper, and bio-films.
